My experience with prayer...

The other week, on January 8th, our staff meeting became focused on our need for prayer. Near the end, the YWAM base leader invited anyone to come up who had a profound moment in their life related to prayer. Honestly, I initially didn’t think there was anything extremely significant in my life, which shows how short my mind can become. Yet, God reminded me and if I hadn’t stood up, I still wouldn’t be able to sleep at night.  So here’s the recording of it. It’s fairly short, but I pray that even though I left out a lot of detail, you can feel the truth in what I spoke.

(The staff meeting is weekly and usual holds about 200 people.) “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.” –Romans 12:12, ESV
