I just wanted to give you guys an update (as usual). I was planning on going to the beach, and so I thought: oh, that’ll be perfect to take pictures and use those in the next email! But alas…. it did not come to pass. My friend canceled due to not being able to sleep the night before (perfectly understandable reason), and I didn’t want to go on my own... so no time in the oven today (because that’s honestly what it felt like). However, another friend said she would definitely go next Saturday, so if it happens, I’ll take pictures then! I promise! So today I went to church and a friend here had a birthday celebration at a nearby park. It was such a nice way to spend my time today. I’ve included some pictures of what it feels like here:

(again, the middle of downtown with the digital tower, where they post announcements (and the cacti are in the bottom left))
(some flowers around the HBF park, which is right across the street from where I live, and where they play football (soccer), and where Elton John is going to have concerts there November 30th and December 1st... so buy your tickets and fly over!!! it'll be great to see you again! and I'll listen to music from my backyard while he's lets it all out (as this is one of his last concerts)
Honestly, I feel I might have sent some of these pictures in the past as well, but either way they’re for your enjoyment again! Thanks so much for your prayers anytime! If there is anything I can pray for you about, please tell me because I’d love to pray for you as well!
